Following this update my laptop has got very slow. Click on a link for data on my laptop, like opening File Explorer, takes seconds.. So long that I thought maybe I hadn’t clicked hard enough and click again only to have two pages come up seconds later.

I have the same issue here. I noticed drop of performance in gaming as well, especially online gaming; additonally now my wi-fi connection stutters every seconds even when my computer is the only device connected to the network at home. I understand that Windows run on plethora of devices, but it seems that Microsoft has changed some settings without checking their impact on performance.
